I came from jammu to chandigarh in ur bus no. Jk02 dh 5258 the bus was great and the ride was comfortable, however i must bring to ur notice the rude behaviour of the conductor. He was not only rude but very discourteous. He for no reason abused me and misbehaved . The driver too was not very supportive. Kindly look into it Regards Rohit Raina
