A day agoNEW This is a froud people...please guys be aware... it will give you sweet dreams...As soon as you gave advance..after that he cheat with u...He will talk to you very well before advance paying... After that he talk with u very badly and abuse.. these guys send u 5* hotal image ... 5* house boet... In whatsapp.. After that when u came that place... It will give u 3rd class hotal room or.. house boet in dal jheel... Or he will torture u with our driver for give him remaining payment.. pls aware guys.. dont take pakage...

Hi I am from Ahemdabad,Gujarat It's my request you not to book these tours these people are selfish.Before booking they talk with you with respect. After you reach to your destination.They will not even answer your phone calls.We stayed in Katra for 2 nights.If you book a delux room in Ahemdabad,you will be given double bed and ac room . But here in The Hotel Prabhat Palace the room are given without ac. When we contanted Mr Mintoo Narania they said here we you have to mention weather you want AC or Non AC rooms.The staff was great.After 2 Days we went for Srinagar by road .The driver who took us to the Srinagar (Mr.Binduji) was very rude .He doesn't know how to talk with respect.When we reached Srinagar we stayed at hotel royal velvet.After 2 days suddenly the hotel receptionist asked us to check out.We called Mr Bindhuji. We went for local sight seeing and at night he took us to the hotel new blue diamond.The room and the bed were so short that me a 13 year old child and my parents.Not could even fit at the bed. After requesting to Mr.Mintoo we got a hotel named grand dawood.The very next day the driver starts argument.We called Mr Mintoo but he didn't answered our phone calls.So we just sent a message.His voice message came and he said "Sirji aap driver ko bhi pareshan kar rahe aur mujhe bhi pareshan kar rahe ho" .It's my request to not book it as it's a fraud.I hope you understand me but it's your choice weather you want to book it or not. This tourist agency is a completely a fraud agency. I have booked 5 days 4 night Kashmir packaged. They are not providing the service they promised. These are the problems I have faced with this travel agent: 1) They send us very good rooms images but will provide us very poor class of rooms. The food quality was very poor. We had to go outside my hotel to eat the good quality of food. 2) There are so many hidden charges. 3) I had to pay toll from my pocket while it was included in the package. 4) Very poor class of car and driver as well. 5) Number of locations not covered as they promised. 6) You have to book another car to visit some locations because they will give you so many reasons(our cab is not allowed to go at that location ok only union cab is allowed whic is not true at all). 7) Cab driver misbehaved with us at so many occasions. Everyday he stoped the car at Dhaba and take more than 2 hours just to take lunch and tea. 8) At the final day of tour they asked us to pay advanced money before dropping us to to our final destination. 10) Our Kashmir trip was completely hell will this travel agency. Never recommended.

Worst travel agency ever .. They show us picture of room.and hotel and when we reached they changed hotels and give us 2 start hotels and resorts .. third class taxi service .. they try to miss the payment and convince you to pay more

Driver Amit was totally rude!! Driver was out of the control of mintu bhai and raja bhai. Driver was saying, " Driver me hu raja and mintu ka kya, me bigda to puri trip bigad dunga. And esa hi kiya usne. Anytime they were changing our hotels. They were not even talking properly. Not receiving call. Baat krni ho toh WhatsApp pr krni padti thi. It was totally worst experience. Free me bhi mat jana
