Dear RS.Sons, Yesterday on 15/12/16,we purchased 20 items from your place and paid through.card, I am sorry to state that we got only 16'items and 4 shawl s costing 1400, 1450 , 1350 and one other red shawl 750 is missing. Before going to pay, you checked and I too checked there were 20 items but when you sent me to go to other room for card.payment one of your boy put all packets quickly in the packet and at that moment I had not re checked and today after arrival when I opened my pack these 4'items are missing, its very disappointing and hurting, I request you to get checked and send us our items for which I have already paid, the items were.meant to be sent to Australia before Christmas, I shall be thankful Uma.bassi
